Barron's Mobile Home Park is a family-owned and operated mobile home and lot rental business that was started in 1965. It is owned by Carol and James "Bud" Smith and operated by Susan Barron Passailaigue. For over fifty-five years, we have provided personal attention to our tenants and ensured that their needs are met promptly and courteously. We pride ourselves on having same-day service. We have a full-time maintenance staff that is on-site at all times. We never have to call the "home office" and ask permission to make necessary repairs and replacements. We are an independently run company, which means all decisions are made on-site. When you call the office, you will get a real person to answer the phone, not a recording!
Barron's Mobile Home Park is conveniently located two miles from the Auburn University campus, one mile from the Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine, and is on the route of the AU Tiger Transit. We offer 2 and 3 bedroom units with washer/dryer in each unit. Our units are affordable and are ideal for students and professors. We are committed to providing residents with attractive homes that are well maintained by an attentive staff.
